Can I send you a file by email?

Yes. Please use our Consultation Form to send us your file(s).

I don’t have a design in place. Can you make up a design for me?

Yes. Please contact us and our experienced design staff can assist in creating a design for you.

Screen Printing FAQ

What kinds of files do are required for screen printing?

All artwork files must be vector files. We only accept AI, EPS and PDF files(THESE MUST ACTUALLY BE IN VECTOR, NOT EMBEDDED RASTER FILES). If you do not have a vector file or are unsure, please contact us for options on preparing your file for production. PLEASE NOTE: Additional fees may be applicable to convert raster artwork to vector.

Do you have a minimum?

We can produce orders as small as 36 shirts. Please contact us if you would like an order of 35 shirts or less. We recommend printing a higher number of shirts for the best pricing.

Can you match Pantone colors?

Yes, we have the tools to do so!

EMBROIDERY FAQ

What kinds of files are required for embroidery?

Required extensions for embroidery are DST and EMB files. We can also convert your JPEG, PNG, TIFF, PDF, AI and EPS files into an embroidery file format. Please be sure to supply us with the highest quality/resolution image possible to ensure maximum accuracy. PLEASE NOTE: Additional fees may be applicable to digitize a logo for embroidery.

Can I see a sewout of my design?

Yes. Sewouts are complimentary when you digitize your logo with us.

What kinds of goods do you embroider on?

The sheer number of goods are simply too long to list. Please contact us and we can tell you if it is able to be embroidered. If you have a product that you'll be supplying, we may recommend that you bring the product so we can make a determination firsthand.  

Can you match Pantone colors to thread?

Depending on the color, we may be able to match it accurately with embroidery threads, but not all Pantone colors are represented among the thread colors. This is due to the limited number of thread colors available from manufacturers. We have a system for color matching and we will try to match that color as best as possible, but a perfect match may not be possible. Please contact us if you have questions regarding color matching.
