We have access to hundreds of premium brands like Under Armour, Nike, Carhartt, and The North Face. You won’t have to navigate your choices alone. A GimaSport specialist will work directly with you to curate the perfect product selection tailored specifically to your company’s unique needs and brand identity.

Fantastic question! We actually recommend a selection of 10-15 products. While it is tempting to offer everything under the sun, "more" isn't always better. Research into shopper behavior shows that too many choices can lead to decision fatigue and anxiety, often causing people to leave without buying anything at all. Our goal is to help you select a focused, high-quality range that gets your buyers excited about their brand gear while keeping the shopping experience as effortless and stress-free as possible.

We generally recommend 2-3 logo variations in your Web Store.

Administrator Pays: All store orders are consolidated and billed directly to the Store Administrator or company. Please contact us to discuss alternative payment arrangements if you prefer not to use a credit card.

Individual Pays: Each Web Store visitor pays for their specific order at the time of checkout via a secure credit card transaction.

Shipping options include single location (e.g. office, school) or drop-shipped to the address of each individual placing an order.

We will send Web Store buyers reminders for order deadlines. All other communication will be filtered through the Store Administrator. This includes shipping updates, inventory updates, and more.

This is completely up to you! You can give access to anyone by sending them your store URL, or you can password protect your Web Store so only password holders can access the store.

The products added to your Web Store are chosen not only because they are best sellers, but also because we have deep inventory for most sizes. This helps minimize the risk of not having product available when your order is ready to be processed. In the event it happens, the Store Administrator will receive an email notification with instructions.

One of the many Web Store benefits is that customers may order a single item! All products featured in your Web Store are free of any minimum order quantities.

All individual order submissions will process under a combined order (all orders are processed together as one — this does not impact your payment method). Lead times do not start until the combined order has been closed, as in the Web Store itself has reached its closing date. Store Administrators will be notified when the order has closed, and they will be required to submit the completed order. Orders will not process until the Store Administrator has completed this action.

Shipping to one location: The combined order will ship in bulk and will be based off standard lead times which will depend on the product, decoration method, and the shipping method for transit to your delivery address. Please keep in mind that this timeline starts after the combined order closes.

Shipping to multiple locations: All orders ship within 2-3 weeks after the combined order closes.

One Shipment to a Single Location: All product ships to one destination. Shipping charges are based on this location and will be covered by either the Store Admin or the individuals (decided upon by the Store Admin). Lead time is based on product and decoration method and begins when the combined order closes.
