How much does shipping cost?

Ground shipping is free on orders over $10,000 to one continental US location (drop shipping excluded). Orders under $10,000 have dynamic shipping rates calculated at checkout.

How long does it take to receive a custom order?

Lead times depend on the product, customization method, and shipping method. Each product page lists its lead time. All products in an order ship together, so base delivery on the item with the longest lead time. See the Quick Ship collection for fastest turnaround options.

How long will it take to get my sample order?

Shipping time varies by item and brand. Contact orders@gimasport.com for details.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes. 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air are available, priced by weight. Suitcases and golf bags may incur additional charges. International expedited options are also available. See the Quick Ship page for items with faster shipping times.

Can I ship on my own shipping account?

Yes. GimaSport ships via FedEx for most orders but can use your FedEx or UPS account. Include your account number in "Order Notes" at checkout or contact orders@gimasport.com or call 860-296-4441.

Can I ship to multiple locations?

Yes, drop-shipping to multiple locations is available. Contact orders@gimasport.com. Standard drop shipping charges are $15.99 per individual order plus a $7.00 handling fee.

UPS says it's a [X] day ship to my location. Can you guarantee it will get to me by then?

We wish we had control over UPS, but unfortunately, we don't. Although we cannot guarantee UPS's shipping times, we can guarantee that we will give it to UPS in the time agreed upon between you and our sales reps. Occasionally, UPS does have delays in their services based on weather or unforeseen issues, so its best to allot yourself a couple of extra days before your deadline.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We allow 7-10 business days for production after you have approved artwork. Your order will ship on the next business day. Delivery time varies depending on your location.

I need my order within a week. Do you offer a rush service?

Yes! We offer a rush service. We will do whatever it takes to ensure timely delivery of your garments. Fill out our Get Started form and indicate you have a rush order.
