High-resolution (preferably vector) art, in a PDF, EPS, PNG, or PSD or AI files are preferred, but any file will be accepted. You can upload your image file using our Get Started form.

After you upload your art, it is sent to us for review. After our review, we'll email you within 24-48 business hours (Monday-Friday) with questions or comments. For artwork received after Wednesday, you may may not hear back from us until the following Monday.

Yes. Previously approved proofs can be used and selected for new orders.

GimaSport's Customer Service team selects the best method based on product, artwork, quantity, and decoration size. Methods include embroidery, screen printing, direct-to-film (DTF) and promotional products. If you prefer a specific print type, contact the GimaSport Customer Service team.

Yes. However, exact PMS matching isn't always possible. GimaSport's Customer Service team will try to get your color as close as possible.

Not without documented permission. Additional variations require a separate order.

Most retail brand apparel and accessories require decoration. Exceptions: sample orders of 1–2 items, or products with a note stating "No decoration is available on this item."

It depends on the type of design request. Please let us know what you are requesting by completing our Get Started form and we will respond promptly with our feedback.

Your custom design will be ready to review in just 24-48 hours. Please keep in mind we are not open Friday, Saturday or Sunday. So if you order on Friday, your design will be ready the next business day. Sometimes things take a little bit longer than planned, so please bear with us as your design may be more complex or require a little bit of additional attention. We never rush just to meet the 24-hour deadline.

Great question! It is just as important to us as it is to you that your design is exactly as you want it. Once you place your order, our design team will create a proof for you. From there, you can make changes or submit your approval - all from the comfort of your own living room, office, or mobile device. Be sure to check all of the details on your approval including ink colors, design size and spellings because we will print exactly what is approved.

Yes! Digital printing (aka Direct-To-Film printing) allows for high detail, high quality t-shirt printing. We can print your photograph with almost exact replication.

We offer a deposit option exactly for you! We can get started with your standard artwork with a $50-$100 deposit per order. Once you place your order, your deposit will be credited right back to your final invoice. The deposit is non-refundable. So if you don’t order, you will not receive the deposit back.

That’s okay, we can still handle complex orders! With over 28 years of experience in the apparel decorating business, we can handle everything from simple one color t-shirt orders to complex highly detailed multi-color designs. GimaSport's largest print dimension is 12" tall OR wide, however the standard t-shirt print is 11". Print dimensions are really dependent on the location and detail of the design. GimaSport's art department can help you size your design for the look you are trying to achieve.
