1. Confirmation Email: You will receive an automated confirmation email with your order number.
2. Digital Proof Emailed to You: Within 2-3 business days, you'll receive a proof of your logo. Proofs must be approved within 24 hours to meet your requested ship date.
3. Proof Approved by You: You must approve your proof within 48 hours to keep your order on schedule. Edits will cause delays.
4. Production: Once the logo is approved, production begins.
5. Order Ships: After quality control, your order ships via you preferred shipping method. Tracking information is emailed when it leaves the warehouse.

You can request edits when you receive your proof. However, please be aware that edits may delay your requested delivery date.

Mockups are digitally transposed images giving a general idea of the finished product. They will not be 100% accurate — logo size, placement, and colors may vary due to decoration method, product fit, and monitor settings. 

Setup Fees cover the cost of preparing artwork. They also cover digitizing logos for embroidery and vectorizing logos for screen printing, DTF and promotional products.

Once an order is placed, changes or modifications are not permitted. Please confirm all details before finalizing your purchase.

Size charts for top brands are available per your request. Contact your GimaSport Customer Service representative or the team before ordering if you need sizing guidance.

Customers in certain states may be required to remit use taxes. If your organization is tax-exempt, supply a resale certificate to orders@gimasport.com before placing your order.
